Whyte Studio has a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to the returns address. The order must be received at our head office within these 14 days to qualify for a refund.

Returning your purchase

  • Email info@whyte-studio.com to authorise a return.
  • Returns will be at the customers expense.
  • You must request a return or exchange item for any unwanted items.
  • Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.Close the box and tape it securely.
  • Accepted returned items will be credited to the payment method used to originally purchased the items.
  • Please note refund does not cover shipping costs
  • Please note no returns or exchanges on face masks
  • No returns or exchanges accepted on any sale items and discount codes
  • No returns of exchanges on MADE TO ORDER items

Exchanges

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge (within the UK). Should you be interested in an alternative style or colour, please return your item/s to us and
simply purchase the new piece separately at www.whyte-studio.com.

  • No exchanges accepted on any sale items.
  • The customer will incur shipping cost for any exchange items 

Receiving a refund

  • Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment from where the purchase was made. If the complete order is returned the refund will subtract delivery costs from Whyte Studio to you.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. - We will email you to confirm we have received your return.

Important Information

  • Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied with the return information form.
  • The product must be in the original condition as sent. The product must not be worn, altered, washed or damaged.
  • The product must have all the original tags and labels attached.
  • The Whyte Studio returns ribbon must be attached and not tampered with.
  • Shipping item is covered by the customer
  • Refund does not include shipping cost 
  • For hygiene reasons we cannot offer returns or exchanges on lingerie. -- All returns are made at the customers expense.
