Stream Two

Production Management

A management service that coordinates and oversees production on your behalf, across four stages and four milestone payments.

Factory costs (sampling, production, QC, shipping and duties) are paid by you directly to the factory. You see every quotation.

Stage 01

Outsourcing

Sourcing and negotiating factories, presenting options and quotations, and facilitating introductions.

Stage 02

Sampling

Updating tech packs and specs, coordinating fit sessions, and managing sampling and revision rounds.

Stage 03

Production

Coordinating purchase orders, managing timelines, and resolving issues across the production run.

Stage 04

QC & Logistics

Quality control against approved specs, plus freight, customs documentation and delivery.

Emerging Runs

Standard Runs
